Connection of electric motor stators to housings, rotor laminations to rotor shafts, gear wheels to shafts, rotor caps to steam turbine shafts. With the help of inductive heating, a wide variety of components can be permanently and firmly mechanically joined. Induction is the right choice especially for high cycle time requirements, tight pairings and sensitive surfaces. Compared to other technologies, inductive joining processes are fast, easy to automate, cause only minor distortions and enable precise process monitoring. If required, many joined assemblies can also be separated again inductively.
