Hardening machines from eldec for induction hardening
eldec hardening machines are perfectly matched to workpiece dimensions, hardening pattern, flexibility and batch size requirements. The main components include the basic machine, the energy source, automation components, the cooling system, clamping devices and tools. Depending on the workpiece and machine size, the hardening machines are classified from S to XL. MIND stands for Modular Induction.

To this end, we have built up extensive expertise over the last few years and understand the process chain for many workpieces beyond the hardening stage. Together with our capable partners, we are able to expand our induction hardening plant into a highly automated hardening system, including workpiece storage, orientation/marking stations, and NiO/SPC ejection.
Inductive joining and brazing with eldec heating systems
HEAT STATIONS and UNI HEATs are modular heating systems that can be configured from standardized components to create tailor-made solutions. Applications here include preheating for joining electric motor components or various inductive soldering processes. The degree of automation is flexible and ranges from manually operated devices for small batches to partially or fully automated systems for large quantities.
Tools
We manufacture inductors, which are the heart of any induction heating system, conventionally or using SLM 3D printing. Other tools include the Heat Controller developed by us and the High Precision Tool System, which significantly reduces set-up times. We also offer annealing cables for heating large surfaces and diameters.
