Mobile induction heating

PICO-SC is a compact "plug & play" device for inductive heating of a wide variety of workpieces and materials. The integration of active cooler and generator in one housing simplifies stationary and mobile inductive brazing, annealing, cut edge hardening and many other applications in a practical way.

The series is available in medium or high frequency in power classes from 5 kW to 30 kW, transportable with rollers, crane, or forklift as standard. Operation is possible with inductor or eldec Heat Controller. For ergonomic and weight-relieved use of the tools, booms with load-balancers or parallelogram linkage devices are available.

Work safety and high availability are important to us. That is why the generators are always designed with electrical isolation. Complementary eldec quality, and extremely powerful: In the 30 kW MF version, PICO-SC units have the highest power density on the market.
