Modular induction hardening systems for optimal results
MIND stands for Modular Induction. The modular principle makes it possible to configure an eldec MIND system from the main components of the basic machine, energy source, automation components, cooling system, clamping device and tool, depending on the workpiece dimensions, hardeness profile and requirements for flexibility and batch size. The hardening machines are classified from S to XL according to the workpiece and machine size. The hardening machines are designated according to the workpiece and machine size from S to XL.
Complete induction hardening systems
Complex challenges call for comprehensive solutions.
To this end, we have built up extensive expertise over the last few years and understand the process chain for many workpieces beyond the hardening stage. Together with our capable partners, we are able to expand our induction hardening plant into a highly automated hardening system, including workpiece storage, orientation/marking stations, and NiO/SPC ejection.
Induction hardening: Applications
Take a look at our "Applications" page.
Under induction hardening, you will find a wide range of possible applications for hardening.
These include, for example, inductive surface hardening of camshafts, steering pinions, rotor shafts and much more.
