With our training courses, we provide participants with specific expertise and prepare them for certain tasks or activities. We offer our training courses at your site, at our company or online via MS Teams or similar.

Training - Fundamentals of Induction Hardening
This theoretical training course teaches the physical and material-related fundamentals of inductive heating and hardening.
Participants gain a thorough understanding of the operating principles, influencing factors and technological interrelationships, enabling them to assess and apply inductive hardening processes in a targeted manner. Ideal for anyone who wants to optimise their manufacturing processes or expand their technical knowledge.

Training - Application and operation of eldec hardening machine
This training course provides practical knowledge on the safe and efficient operation of the eldec hardening machine. The aim is to enable machine operators to set up and monitor production processes independently and to professionally rectify typical malfunctions.
Duration: 3 days on site at your premises
Training – Maintenance of eldec hardening machine
This training course builds on the brief introduction and is aimed specifically at maintenance personnel. It provides a deeper understanding of the machine's design, components and maintenance, enabling participants to confidently carry out routine maintenance, minor repairs and the replacement of important components.
Duration: 1 day on site at your premises
Brief introduction – eldec hardening machine
As part of the machine commissioning on site at the customer's premises, a compact introduction to the basic structure and functionality of the machine is provided. The aim is to familiarise the customer with the machine and provide a basic understanding of the main components and processes.
Duration: 1-2 hours after commissioning
Training - eldec Generator
This training course is aimed at operators and maintenance personnel. It provides a deeper understanding of how to operate the HMI, how to deal with error messages and the structure of the generator. It is designed to assist with the creation of recipes and heating tests.
